I went in today to get supplies and Christian was the one who served me. He took a lot of time to explain the different types of juice and the coils and what it all means. He probably spent close to 30 minutes helping me in my selections and was very patient. Went to the smoke shop yesterday August 13 2021, and spent almost $200 and over half was on disposable vape pens. The gentleman that sold me them was a sweetheart. But I've been to this smoke shop countless amount of times and so have friends and family of mines. I came to New York in a rush to see a family member and once I got here I tried one the them out and it wasn't working therefore I called because I'm still in NY and it's not like a I wanted a refund but just a new one because I was recommended this flavor by the salesperson and I was excited therefore I called the store and the girl told me I had to try it out before leaving the store. I don't blame the guy because not once has someone ever told me that from all the employees there. And I called all my friends and family they have never been told that as well. This shop just easily lost ten customers in 2 minutes. Also I want to add that I literally just made this Yelp account to write this review. I've never given a bad review or complaint In my life. Staff is awesome, music is nice, it can get a bit busy at times and you might have to wait around a little while but honestly that's okay with me. Their staff goes above and beyond making sure what you buy you'll end up liking. As if every single penny I spend matters to me, the end consumer. They've got almost every option from every brand under the sun! And the price of things is fantastic! Not sure if you know this, but ask the staff about their locations. Went to smoke zone yesterday and bought a $100 water pipe. Get home to test it out and first pull, the piece malfunctioned and the product we packed exploded everywhere like we were blowing into it, but we obviously weren't. I called smoke zone to ask about an exchange, noting we were happy to spend just as much money, we just wanted a functioning piece. Was told nothing can be done. Was then told we can try cleaning it and showing it to a manager within 48 hours, but then was told manager is on vacation. Employee said she would call manager, I said yes please. She follows up with "well if I call him he's just going to say no exchange because it's used". Will never to back, ever. I used to rave about this place and their deals. $100 down the drain. Horrible experience there today. I've spent a lot of money there over the years and yesterday I bought pods for my vape. One was defective (gave off a bad BURNT taste) so I took the whole package back. Just wanted an exchange for a $12 product. NOPE! They said (even the District Manager) that they couldn't take it back because they could not RE-SELL IT!!! DUH! You don't want to because it's broken. Send it back to the manufacturer. But no dice. Spent $60 on three vapes the lady told everyone to hit it out in the parking lot before leaving to make sure they all work. I hit them all they all worked and drove an hour home. The next morning I went to charge them and one of the vapes that recharges the charging port was broken before I even touched it the metal piece was loose. So I spent $25 on a vape that will last me a day. Not worth it. read more
