No offer to call me back like a customer service minded place would - maybe the next red flag? Called the guy back at the phone number he called from, left a voicemail again, no response. Called the business line again during business hours, of course, no one answered. Never heard from anyone. May be a small business posing as a bigger business. Either way poor customer service generally equals poor quality service.
