Every year since we joined it dropped until it hit 1%, which isn't bad these days. On Friday at 5:30 my wife's car got broken into, window smashed in while picking up our daughter from daycare for 5 minutes and she happened to leave her purse in the passenger seat. It had her drivers license, checks, cards, etc. Credit card companies, very helpful, replacement card here on Monday and accounts frozen. Renasant, 3rd party for credit card, can only put a hold on the card but can't issue new one until Monday. 3rd party for online banking, can't stop checks or secure your account in any way or form. Monday morning she receives a call from Renasant, will charge us $37 to stop checks, will charge us $50 to fed ex a new card. No guarantee the account is secure. Absolutely an awful experience worrying the entire weekend about all of our money. We already have to change automatic payments on everything and Renasant has not gone out of their way to make us feel safe about our money so there is no reason to stay with them.

She sat with me for nearly 2 hours coordinating with the other out-of-state branch and their regional help center to get everything done. Such personal attention. The 2nd time, I had a similar need, and I was with one of her associates and she came over multiple times to help, and was checking in on her other employees to make sure they had their breaks and see how they were doing. The next day, she worked with me through her lunch break to get the new account set up (once again, working with an out-of-state branch). I've always had great service at this branch, and even without an appointment, never waited long if I needed specialized service.

This is somewhat of a small branch compared to others than I'm used to. There are only two windows for tellers to assist customers, but there seems to be ample offices for bank representatives to handle other types of financial business. Upon my arrival I was promptly greeted in the lobby and directed to the teller window. The teller was pleasant and quickly assisted me with my transaction, and then I was on my way. There is a drive-up ATM on the premises and ample parking for customers. My one big disappointment is that this location does NOT have a drive-up teller. That's one reason why I despise Bank of America, so I was not excited to see that the newest Chase location does not have this feature. It seems that they want people to either use the ATM or come inside to the branch.

They give kids that come through suckers AND balloons and dog treats to the fur babies :) Never had any banking problems with them. They also have a huge event room complete with tables, chairs and a kitchen. It's available for rent for a $50 refundable deposit. If you clean up your mess, you get your $ back so it's basically free. We've had tons of birthday parties here. Overall a wonderful bank!
