I have 2 relatives and a few friends buried here. Both of my family members had there viewings at…read morethe onsite funeral home. The staff was then and still are great to deal with. When my mother goes to visit they help her with any flowers that she is trying to get up onto the holders on the top rack for my sister. The services and burial were very nice as well as the viewing. The pall bearers (vincent and another gentalman) were great. The grounds are well maintained. A few years back several trees were damaged by storms. They have since been carved into different animals and painted. Looks great. I have also helped here several times with my son's Boy scout troup putting out flags for the veterans during holidays. This will likely become my final Yelp checkin some day in the future.

I found their setup to be unprofessional and inconsiderate. They have a woman at a desk working on a computer and answering phones right inside the front door. My assumption is that the intention is for her to act as a greeter, however the phone and the woman are loud enough to be heard in the viewing rooms, even through closed doors, where families are trying to grieve. If they want her doing office work, they should put her in an office and hire a separate person to greet. Every time I was there, she was on the phone and not able to help anyone walking through the door. As for the service at the gravesite, we were given half an hour and told they would charge extra if we weren't gone by then. Half an hour! Some guests were only just getting there as we were being told to leave.

My family arranged a one day service at this funeral home during the Thanksgiving holiday. I found…read morethem to be extremely caring and professional. Specifically, Jeanna Passaqua, the Funeral Director took the time to explain to the family our various options in detail. In fact at no point did she take advantage of the situation by trying to sell us additional services. On the contrary, she even helped us find an extraordinary Minister to conduct the service. As it is in most cases, the loss of a loved one is one of the hardest experience you can have in life . In my view we were very fortunate to find such a caring place where we could wish our loved one farewell with dignity. I would not hesitate to recommend this funeral home to anyone who needs these services. Thank you again Jeanna for all your help and guidance during this difficult time. from the Sosa family.
