This is a wonderful funeral home that took care of my mother's cremation. The staff were all unbelievably helpful, kind, and were willing to do whatever I wanted to take care of my loved one. I cannot believe the negative reviews. They were just outstanding. read more

On Sunday my father passed away. Heritage picked up my father from his home that he passed away in. They took him to the crematorium waiting for further directions. After making a 14 Hour Dr. down to Florida I was informed that in order for me to say goodbye to my father it was going to cost me an additional $700. When looking for an explanation as to why it was going to cost that I was met with nasty statements and lies as statements of we have to hose your father off because he's covered in fecal matter as well as they needed to prepare him as he was found facedown in water which never occurred. I asked him so let me get this right you told us yesterday that you were treating my father and our family with respect yet you're telling me that you shut my father in your refrigeration system in a cardboard box covered in Feces never giving him the dignity of Rinsing it off??? Do you think that's respectful? Would you leave your father like that? Explaining to them that I was prepared for what I was going to see, but my father was not a pop in circumstance, kind of guy and would not want to being laid out for display. I just wanted to kiss my daddy on the forehead and say goodbye one last time. So they Literally wanted to charge me An additional $700 on top of what the cremation was just to see my father and say goodbye. After the level of disrespect, my sister and I chose to move my father to a different. In order for them to release him, they charged another several hundred dollars just to have picked him up and disrespected him. These people are unprofessional and unreliable. They cremated my cousin before my aunt had her final viewing which my aunt had already arranged with them. Their" misunderstanding" robbed my aunt her last hug with her first born daughter. Beware! read more

Losing a loved one is a very difficult time for a family. Dealing with the loss is overwhelming. When I contacted Adam Fisher and spoke with him, it gave me such a feeling of relief. From the first time my mom heard his voice after calling other funeral homes, she instantly knew she wanted to use them. I agree with my mom. Adam gave us everything we needed over the phone, and he was not pushy or salesly. He is a genuine person who is very helpful and caring, even during late hours on the weekend when our father passed. Adam and the entire team at Heritage were the most helpful, respectful, and nice at our most difficult time of my father's very unexpected passing. From small details, to big ones, they helped with everything. We never felt pressured to buy extra and in fact were actually saved some money on smaller things. Coming from another state to make the arrangements was very difficult and Adam, his team, and his wife made it as easy as such process can get.
