But my rating mostly reflects the cost - OG Service Centre is expensive. It would be worth the cost of petrol and your time to take your car to another repair shop. I've used them a couple of times (laziness mostly, the location is convenient) but the most recent visit was the final straw - dropped 500 bucks and the issue wasn't repaired, but they claim that I still owe them the money because they used a part and it cost them labour to make the "repair". But I still have a broken car and need to pay someone else to fix it !
