Perfect decor to sip wine to....
    Alma R.

One of the best, if not the best, wine experiences had. Ken and Sierra truly made our wine pairing exceptionaly enjoyable. They were knowledgeable, personable and truly patient, while my husband and I endulged in their heavenly creations called.....wine :) While there, I noticed a constant flow of people coming in and out, all with smiling faces. I am sure they will be passing along their positive visits, and only hope that more people come in to give this hidden gem a try. Von Klaus Winery was definitely a highlight of my trip from Chicago to Wisconsin. Thank you, and will definitely see you again!

My husband and I came here last week for the food and wine tasting. They are located on the second floor, along with an antique store. We found a deal on Groupon, but if you call them directly they can give you the same promotion. That way the business can get the full amount without Groupon taking a hefty cut. We had a reservation at 1pm and were seated and served immediately. We had 4 courses of wine and food, and after were able to try smaller sips of the other types of wine they had to offer. We had SUCH a nice time here. Kenn was very informative on the fruit they grow and how the wines are made. He also came up with the food pairings, which were delicious. I will say that they have sweeter wines than what most people are used to. Everything we tried was wonderful and ended up taking 5 bottles home with us. I definitely recommend this place. We will come back and bring some friends next time.

Their wine menu as of July 6th, 2019. Have crossed out our ratings to not skew your opinions, but I AT LEAST enjoyed all the wines I tried!

This was by far the best flight experience that I've ever had. We got to try 12 wines for only $5 and each pour was at least three mouthfuls worth of wine for me. All the wines were AT LEAST yummy to me, plenty of them were delicious or top notch. Not a single miss for my pallet, though I do like sweeter wines. They had nothing dryer than semi-dry, so be aware of that. But, if your pallet is like mine and you like the M sweet to semi-dry range, then go! More than worth the time and money. The hosts were prompt, explained each wine, and were very friendly. Highly recommend.

Not only wine but slushies' too.

The combination of buildings, patio areas, scenery is auspicious and genuinely inviting. It pulls you in to traverse among the building and the grape fields. They happened to have a 3 piece band playing and a celebration. The place was packed. They not only make wine but also a distillery as well. The stores and building were a perfect blend of culture and modern day appeal. We truly enjoyed the celebration. It was culminated by the owner himself giving a small speech of his roots and transition of coming to America. We had a blast! Definitely would come back if in area. Bought a few nice wines and whiskey before leaving. They have this band and get togethers throughout the year. The whiskey I purchased was made specifically for the 250th birthday of America. At $120 a bottle; $100 goes to veterans. The blend is a mix of red, white and blue corn in the amount of percent of the colors of the flag! The grain blends consists of three colors of corn, red (41.5%), white (40.9%) and blue (17.6%) mixed to match the percentage of colors on the American flag. Aged 6 years in new charred Wisconsin oak barrels! Stop here if you can!

We enjoy the wines and spirits, whether on site or at home Chef Romain has done a great job at offering lunches at the Bistro, along with Brunches and Special Events. This week we enjoyed their Wollersheim Bistro Wine Cellar Dinner for the first time. Wow! Held in the hallway at the head of their wine caves, circa 1850s, the setting is so unique with attendance limited. Cocktails / wine before, hors d'oeuvres, four course dinner with paired wine each round. Chef Romain and the knowledgeable servers were attentive, ensuring everyone's enjoyable time. They made for a sensational setting and experience. Their intent is to do this monthly or every two months. We are certainly looking forward to the next event, and will be visiting sooner to replenish our own bar!

Oooo, winner too because they have corn hole, checkers and music for the kids and us kids at hearts. Fawn Creek has a great setting ample outdoor seating amongst the trees and a superb wine list. We were told they are known for their fruit wines (which weren't bad at all). We ended up getting a couple bottles (less than $15 per bottle) and that deal snagged us some new wine glasses. Don't you live souvenirs for adults? Fawn Creek was perfect and it would be great for you too, a couple, adult friends or family, it's a win win for everyone. Sounds like the weekends are very busy, on a Friday evening around 4:30/5 in early June we were the only ones doing a tasting and there was very few people outside. So keep that in mind as it did sound like all weekends are busy. Enjoy Fawn Creek, it was a great time.
