His assistant, Michelle, was nice and helpful and completed my form with me, which was so much better and faster. Dr. Vaidya was personable and had the kind of approach to health problems that I always hope for in a doctor. He was easy to talk to, listened to my symptoms, and asked questions that helped jog my memory about a symptom I'd forgotten to mention. I always want my doctor to be something like a detective, talking about what might be causing the symptoms and explaining the solutions they're considering. Dr. Vaidya did that and was open to my questions and comments. I was also impressed that he had a preliminary diagnosis and recommendation, but as we talked further, he reconsidered and did a test he'd initially decided against but felt had merit after all.
