As an OT, I sought out Tiffany after learning that she is a lactation consultant and a speech therapist because I wasn't sure if my son was having issues latching and if his mild tongue tie was limiting him from using a bottle when I was preparing to go back to work. She went above and beyond in answering all my questions and concerns, and even took time outside of working hours in sharing her thoughts and suggestions. It was the first time that I felt seen regarding my son's feeling problems and drop in weight. There truly isn't anyone else that can provide a comprehensive service during the first year of a child's feeding/nursing life like Tiffany can. And even though I had to pay out of pocket since my insurance didn't cover her services (which was worth every penny btw), she was able to walk me through the steps to help us transition my son's feeding service to miller's outpatient so I would be in network. I honestly can not rave enough about Tiffany because she truly is great at what she does.

She made me feel like I could succeed at this! My husband was invited to the appointment which also helped and he was blown away by how helpful an in-office appointment was as well. It was hands down the best thing I could have done for me and my family. We talked and brainstormed for a great amount of time, I never felt rushed. Then she measured me for flanges and I was much smaller than I had been using- who would have thought! That was huge because with my son I was using the wrong size flange the entire time I Pumped with him. Then we did a weighed feed and talked about next steps. And I leaned Hanna took in 2 oz from the one side which was so helpful! Then Tiffany followed up with a care plan and was available for messaging the following two weeks. Thank you so much!

It is extremely hard to find the right place for my son without being turned away, not fitting my schedule, or not being accepting of therapists dropping in. When I was ready to give up I came across Smith Family Daycare & upon inquiry Ms. Jackie gave me meaningful advice and literally left me in tears. Not only did she recommend resources that I am still using for my son but now he is comfortable at a place where he gets his weekly speech therapy, they work perfectly with my schedule & my son is speaking more words than he ever has. They even open the daycare 30 mins earlier than scheduled to work with my schedule! I am so thankful/ grateful I found them. Out of the three daycares my family has been with, I find this one the best. I am comfortable through the day, I'm not getting calls left and right at work, and they always show up on time. The staff is caring and delightful and do their best, always. It takes a village to raise a child & they really help more than what is expected of a child care facility. Highly recommended!

She is simply the best! I feel incredibly lucky to have met Patricia and begun my singing journey with her. I've been a student at Studio Shanks since 2018, when I was fresh out of college and looking for a voice teacher who could earnestly teach me how to sing. At the time, there were flashy online ads for folks that could "make you a superstar" and all of it felt so loud and nothing seemed to fit. At one point Patricia returned my call. Immediately I knew that she was the right teacher for me. It was obvious that she is not just naturally fun and easygoing, but also a true technician when it comes to the craft of singing. It's been a few years since we began working together. I've discovered that singing is something that can be learned at any age. It requires hard work, but it can be done. Luckily, Patricia is entirely dedicated to the growth and success of her students. Knowing this makes it much easier to bring my own effort during and between classes. I am honestly amazed at how, despite having worked with many respected luminaries in the field, Patricia remains humble and always with a sense of humor that puts me at ease.
