I finally had a chance to speak with the owner of Trisys - who after saying there was nothing wrong with the equipment finally admitted that there was problem but wouldn't ship out the repair parts because it was against "policy." Silly me, I assumed that the owner of a company set policy and understood when there was a need to make an exception. When the product works it is great, but sadly it is unreliable and small businesses need reliable tools to run their businesses. If you can, look elsewhere for quality-reliable phone accounting and recording tools.
