She had great recommendations for my first visit and it felt as if we had a local friend who was there to make us feel welcome! This place ended up being cheaper than any of the nicer hotels in the Nashville downtown area. Anyone staying here may be concerned about the walk to lower Broadway (where the main bars/music is at). The walk is not bad as it is pretty much all downhill. Coming back, isn't a bad walk either, but also a fairly cheap ($10) cab ride. I would caution younger women on the walk as directly outside the condo there were a few sketchy blocks until you got "over the train tracks." Of course if this is a concern - taxi service is cheap. Vehicle parking is very secure. Once in the condo - Very secure. The condo was very clean. It was perfect for two couples as rooms were opposite the "family room" from each other and both rooms had attached bathrooms. I would stay at this location again without hesitation.

We called in advance regarding blankets and pillows as we were two couples and it was 9 degrees in Nashville. We were told, no problem there are plenty of blankets in the closet. If by many blankets you mean not a single one? Then we were set! We were also told there was parking on location and that our reservation paid for one spot for the entire weekend. That was not true. We had to pay for the parking spot in the garage below the apartment and pay normal public rates. This place looks nice, but it was cold, with no blankets and the uninformed customer service was trash. And if you need it to be dark to sleep, don't bother. I have seen windows that were darker than those blinds.

I lived at Heatherwood Apartments in Madison, TN for three years. This was my first apartment, and…read moreI tried to extend grace where appropriate, especially during the transition in management. Unfortunately, conditions declined significantly after the property was taken over by Dyer Management. The property is poorly maintained. Trash regularly accumulates around the complex, leaves are left piled up, broken steps go unrepaired, and lights in the breezeways frequently do not work. While tenants are responsible for some cleanliness, there is little to no visible effort from management to maintain the property overall. Maintenance response times are consistently delayed. I reported a leaking ceiling that was never repaired despite being told it would be fixed. My air conditioning went out during the summer and took over a week to resolve. My refrigerator was also broken for a week; while I was eventually reimbursed for food loss, both the repair and reimbursement were significantly delayed. There was also a serious safety issue when a fire alarm went off at 3:00 a.m. and continued for two hours with no response from management. It was not addressed only after I called, and even the fire department commented on the poor response from the new management. No apology or follow-up was offered. I've noticed management frequently responds to negative reviews by emphasizing that they are a "small Nashville business." While that may be true, it does not excuse the ongoing lack of care for residents or the condition of the property. If you are looking for the cheapest option, this may work for you--but there are better apartments and better-managed properties in the area.

I explained that I work in Nashville Monday-Friday and due to the circumstance I was unable to make it to the office before closing time. Saturday was my first available day to stop by office. The staff then stated I would owe for March rent. She refused to take in consideration what I explained. She then threatened to put it on my credit if I did not pay. Room set-up is bad: Use entry code for 4 doors to get into a room with no windows, almost no counter space, no table, poor bathroom lighting and no bathroom fan, closet full with stuff - no room for our clothes, no TV or streaming service (using our phone to watch shows) Terrible customer service. Delaney on the AirBnB app is an AI agent, and not the smartest. Details below. Hard to get problems resolved through her. The phone service busy and ignored my message. Terrible instructions for check-in and getting into our room. More details: 1.They first notified us about TV issues during our flight to Nashville on Thursday. Promised to be fixed on the same day, then on Friday between 1pm-5pm. We waited in our room from 1pm for 3 hours because we did not want to have a tech enter while we are not in the room. Delaney said he would come in half hour around 3pm. At 4pm we were asked to wait for him on Saturday. So we end up watching Netflix on our phone (see pic). We are not going to waste several hours the next day, so no TV on this trip! 2. I asked them to remove all the items that were stored in our closet so we can use it for our clothes (see picture). Delaney inquired if I wanted them removed before or after we leave Nashville. There were plenty of other examples where even a kid would have better understanding. 3. There is almost no counter space. TV, micro and lamp on counter. Why TV and lamp not on the wall? Coffee maker useless. Why not Keurig with coffee pods like in other places. No kitchen utensils and place to prepare or eat. 4. No fan in bathroom. Only vent. Lighting dim. Maybe romantic but not practical when I need to shave 5. Our unit keypad needs to be pressed before you see any keys, as opposed to other units, where you see the keys. Nobody told us and Delaney obviously could not help. It took their support asking for pictures before they could help.

Ok now we're in the room, because we put our code in, Oh nooooo, it was left unlocked the infamous room #4. Was awesome to have to do a security sweep after all the aggravation. Better hope you came to drink heavily and not just for the music because you will want to pass out cold before the Mini Split on wall vibrates and grinds every 15 minutes, if nothing else you will need a super loud sound machine if you are planning on any kind of sleep at all. Think I'm exaggerating this terrible experience and I'm just a Boy Karen, go head and book room #4. Oh and good luck with the worn out lamps too! My only comment to the owners/corporation is do better. Never have I ran into this in NY or FL Believe me I left the nit picking out on this review such as the promised bottled water, creamer etc. Highlight of the property close to the action.
