They had…read morediscovered some cavities and couldn't see me same day to rectify the issues, so I had my clutch Korean mama to call around and Dr. Lim was super gracious to accommodate me that day. It was during this initial visit that Dr. Lim advised me that one of my teeth was doomed for a root canal, so advised me to get it done before the inevitable excruciating pain came along. Flashforward two weeks and I had my root canal yesterday with Dr. Lim. For those who are looking for a solid dentist who can do some super root canals, I would highly recommend Dr. Lim. I have only seen her twice thus far but I have been impressed by her patience and dedication to her craft. I go in next week for my crown and will update as the weeks and months pass to share the lasting effects of her work. So far, I am appreciative and can only share compliments. Her current staff have also been super gracious so far. It's an A+ for me for now.

Came in for routine cleaning and Lim tried to make up issues that never existed a month ago (I do monthly check ups prior to moving to this area), requesting I perform a root canal (even though I never had any issues with that tooth) in addition to what looks to be a $600 "pre-dental procedure"; what is that? A procedure before I get in the dentist office? Usually I just ignore scammers like these since I have already caught them, and I know where they stand. However it's horrible dentists like Lim, milking people for useless procedures that give actual good dentists a bad name. Dont be fooled by the fake reviews from Dr. Lim and her staff. Find another, more ethical dentist.

During the three years, they've redone three…read moreold crowns, pulled one tooth to replace it with an implant and fixed a lot of cavities (what can I say, I brush, but I inherited very weak teeth from my mom's side, sigh...) Dr. Dang and two other dentists have worked on my teeth. All of them have been great. Dr. Dang was VERY skilled at the tooth extraction I had done last year - was done in something like 5 minutes, very painless, and the implant looks great! The new crowns also look very good. Last week, I had a 20 year old crown finally come off and they were able to fit me in right away and give me a temp crown while I was waiting for the new one. I'm traveling for a week, so booked the follow up fitting of the new crown three weeks out. Because I have an unusual bite, a couple days after my appointment, the temp crown broke on one corner. They fit me in last minute today to fix it. I was so pleased to find out that they did a rush order on my new crown and it was already ready for me - 2.5 weeks before I was expecting it! They said they knew I was traveling so rush ordered it so I could get it before my trip. Wow, thank you so much! I still have a ton of dental work to do and have seen many dentists over the year, and am glad to have a place that is looking out for me. Highly recommend!

Upon arriving there, the front desk individual didn't even bother looking at my account and made me sign all the paperwork that I already did ahead of time. I didn't want to argue with her and make a bad impression for my first visit, so I just redid them all - just for her to look at my account after I handed her the papers and say, "Oh! Somebody wrote a note here saying you already did it!" I got pulled to the back by an assistant (?), she never introduced herself or what role she did. She did a fantastic job with the x-rays and cleaning though! A lady named Kim walked in next, no clue what her role was either. She spoke to me about cleaning and flossing as if I were a 5 year old child. I'm a petite woman who is on the younger side, but cmon. As someone who's worked in healthcare for over 5 years, this was the worst bedside manner I've ever seen and experienced in my life. Dr. Nguyen was the next person in the room and spoke about 5 words to me then left. I am interested in doing Invisalign but they do consultations only on Wednesdays and Fridays with the last appointment being at 4pm. Nothing on Saturdays. That's difficulty for someone who works an 8-5 job and cannot get off. Overall, I was unimpressed with this visit and will be debating with coming back.
