Extreme steam came out (after I hired another company) and fixed my sectional!! The first company did not get the urine smell out from a small part of the couch from a new kitten. Also the couch was left with this hard "crusty" feeling. Tony from extreme steam came right on time, as promised, explained to me what the issue may have been, and went to work. Once again a wonderful service where things were done the right way throughly and with cleaning the surrounding area after. The owners are so customer service friendly and provided confirmation day before and day of appointment. This is at least the 4th time I've used them and it's a great service. They promise customer satisfaction but work too fast are not detailed oriented and once you call them to discuss the matters they get "very upset". My experience with extreme steam exceeded my expectations. I had really dirty carpets in one of my properties and I wasn't sure if they would be able to get the dirt out. These guys came into my rental property....and the place was so smelly and gross from 10 years of dogs and NO housekeeping....you can't even imagine! Even they said they don't see many like this...well, they did such a great job, along with painting the place and major housekeeping they helped to get the place back to brand new.
