I was prescribed a medicine that…read moregave me a rash all over my face, I was explaining the rash when she said, "are you okay" and I said "what do you mean?" and the nurse practitioner said "you seem upset" and I said "well yes I have a rash all over my face" and she then went off on me and said "its not my fault you have a rash all over your face" (I never said it was) and blasted me. So I hung up. I am allowed to sound down because I am missing school and classes because I have a rash from a medicine that when I googled it - this is a common side effect. I didn't say anything to the nurse practitioner only explained why I sounded down - WHEN SHE ASKED ME. Off my list forever.

I'm posting a review because I realized…read morethat could be dangerous in certain situations.  When I was seen here, all of their medical staff were very young, they may just not have the experience they need yet. The doctor treated me like I was lying about the pain I was in (the problem was very much visible) and spoke to me really slowly like I was a child, inaccurately describing my own situation to me, so unusual, I would not return here. I ended up going to IM Health Urgent Care in Wayne instead and it was a much better experience, the doctors were really knowledgeable and they were able to perform the procedure I needed right away in office.

The PA who "treated" me, completely phoned-in her assessment, deciding before she walked in the room that I had the upper respiratory infection going around even though my symptoms didn't match. She prescribed me an antibiotic in case it was a sinus infection. Since then, I've had an MRI that showed a mass in my brain that's been causing the headaches and vision issues. So you if you want to be seen by someone who will ignore signs of a major neurological issue, this is the place. Oh, and they wrote the incorrect eye in the paperwork.

Was surprised by the number of security. They're everywhere. Two met us in the garage and pushed the elevator button for us. More met us as we exited the building elevator. Before, during, and after the xray. Yikes. But building and landscaping are beautiful. Clean. Modern. Currently sitting waiting for labs. Only 9 people in front of me per my count but they warned us will be a 2 1/2 hour wait. ?!? I hope they're wrong or I'm going to be grumpy by then. Hitting send on this review while I still have my great first impression LOL!
