You pay for lab tests and then Labcorp sends you another invoice where you have to pay for the lab tests again.

The worst front desk staff ever, unfriendly, rude and totally disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend a rat there.

This is my primary's facility. No long waits and they usually get you in and out within 30 mins from start to finish.

This place is great with workers who truly care! I usually don't like to review places like this…read more.. I honestly think saying you went to a place like a hospital it should be private or privileged info. But I admit I had to go here due to an old injury. I went in and there were many seats (spaced out for ppl who are afraid of being too close to one another) and sat down near the spot where you kind of "check-in"... There is a place where you instantly put all of your info and after you answer the other important questions, you get to sit and wait. I'd say about every 5 minutes a person gets called to be evaluated before they see a doctor. This seems like not a very involved place until you go from the desk to see a person who will help you. I had a kind person yesterday where it turned out they couldn't help me but let me know of a hospital that had the x-ray type scanning that I needed. I felt they were very kind to me. I will not forget that! If you think going to an e. r. is the best place to go then that might work. If you know somebody that knows what you need is an office or place like this then go here! Patient First makes you their priority. They have compassion and care and are willing to help. For regular medical problems go to Patient First!

Very unfortunate because the support staff, office, lab workers are excellent! The doctor who saw…read moreus was absolutely the worst medical professional we have ever encountered in our 70 some years. We both had gripping pains, diarrhea, felt sick. My husband started over a week ago. I started 4 days previous. Concerned about lettuce born pathogens, C diff in elderly, we finally went to Urgent Care. Instead of stool samples- they run up the Medicare bill with blood, urine.. ok.. A double masked rather large woman comes in. Hard to hear her thru the masks. Started telling my husband he needs CT for diverticulitis. He declines. I said we have the same symptoms. She tells me to be quiet. Says antibiotics could kill him. He says he will die. He takes antibiotics all the time. She finally gives him Flagyl. He signs against medical advice for CT & antibiotic. My turn. She says. She is not giving me anything. She doesn't like me. Because, behind the curtain, she must have heard me say, "Where the hell did she go to school?" She says, I am having heart problems. Need to go to ER for Echo right away. Need EKG. I say, no shortness of breath, can go up & down steps without problems, no symptoms? I decline both & sign her papers. It was a total waste of time for me. This woman is why Medicare is going bankrupt!

Blindingly close to 5 stars. Since our lovely Christmas Eve visit, we've had the Queen Mother…read moregrace the place with her presence and be treated royally (special shout out to Nurse John "The Baptist" for exceptionally good humor and patience with the QM) and have had the Young 'Un there as well. They've recently added a texting function where they tell you once you check in via text message what place you are in line and, when you're close to being first, to be sure to head back to/be close to the location as you'll be called soon. This is nice but they don't give you the option to opt-out - they just ask for your cell phone number and put you in. That kinda bothers me only because I don't know where else the # is going or will be used, yanno?

A double root canal with no anesthetic is preferable to an Emergency Room visit! If you don't know…read morethe deal let me fill you in. Unless you have chest pains you'll wait in line just shy of forever. You know you're in trouble when you are eating your second or third meal of hospital cafeteria food and you are not even a patient yet! It can be that bad. These guys fill a serious need. If your "emergency" is relatively minor this is the place to go. Stiches, burns, simple fractures and other non-life threatening stuff are better addressed here. Ditto with drug tests and flu shots. I stopped in for a quick tour and I'm delighted to have these folks in my town.
