List of internet outages: Aug 16, 2013-2017 hours, 2058 - 2102 Aug 18, 1010-1228, reset modem/router 3 times Aug 19, 0542-0642, reset mod/router Aug 27, 0850 - 0920, reset. modem/router 2x's Aug 29, 1945 - 1957, internet out, reset mod/router Sep 01, 1204 - 1223, internet out, no wifi to TV or cell, reset mod/router 3 x's, finally connected Sep 04 * at office, exchanged for different modem/router, 1st try, bad power cord...exchanged, set up @ 1019 hrs, works Cell ph & ROKU Oct 26: internet goes off, reset modem/router 7 times, no luck. Called Vyve Customer service, their tech came Oct 28, but could not fix service. Vyve scheduled another service appointment for a week later.
