Worst plumber I have ever had the misfortune of working with. First it took several phone calls to…read moreget ahold of them, they would never call back when I left messages for them. Then they are rude when you finally do get a hold of them. It took more than a week to get them to come look at the drain, and that's with several phone calls requesting an appointment. They fail to fix the clogged drain, and decide the drain is collapsed and it will be a major project to fix. I have paid TC Edwards several hundred dollars to do nothing. After several more weeks of trying to get them to come out and fix it I went to another plumber recommended to me by my realtor, as I am trying to sell the house by this point. He clears the drain, with the simple trick of using a smaller snake that actually fits the job and doesn't get stuck in the pipe. By this point TC Edwards has already told my buyers that this is a major project and that the floor needs torn up, and pipes replaced. Making them rightfully leery of another plumber coming in saying its all fixed. So they would like a camera run through the tub to check for any problems. My current plumber doesn't have a camera, TC Edwards' camera is 'broke'. That or like every other instance of working with them they obviously don't care about whether they get the business or not. Anyway, I end up paying through the nose to have the house inspector rearrange his schedule to come run a camera through the pipe. It is fine. TLDR: TC Edwards not only charged me to not fix the problem, but incorrectly diagnosed the problem, told people looking to buy my house, and ended costing me over $1500 to clear a simple drain, all out of incompetence and poor costumer service.

At first I was a bit nervous about them getting it done because they were double tasking in and out doing another project outside on the roof which I felt so bad for them because of the freezing Temps. I told them to not worry about it that it could be done another day when Temps were above but they insisted on doing what could be done. As for Living Waters Tim answered the phone promptly and called back shortly with an arrival time of 1 pm.
