This past week our central air system stopped cooling our house. Temperatures were rising the more…read morethe AC unit worked. Called Mr. B's to see if they could have our system looked at, since we had the maintenance plan through them. They quickly responded first thing the following morning. They assessed the problem as a leak in the coil on the outside condenser unit. With some further research they found out this part was currently unavailable and with no expected production date. This was a HEIL system that was originally installed in home in 2016 surprise HEIL is no longer producing parts. DJ came out and provided us some options to fix this issue. Previous problems with our furnace back in 2020 and the difficulty getting parts for that unit left us questioning, if we shouldn't just have the entire HVAC system upgraded giving us a much better warranty since the original had already expired. The following weekend Mr. B's sent a team out and completely replaced the entire system within 6 hrs! Highly impressed with their customer service, their install team was efficient, courteous and extremely respectful! Upon completion they explained everything that was done and patiently showed us how to operate the entire system. Most importantly during these times pricing was unmatched. DJ runs one top notch business and his people are highly professional. I would never do business with any other HVAC company in Cheyenne!! Quality is Job 1 with this company!!

I contacted affordable HVAC to purchase a new central air and furnace. I had saved up enough money…read moreto pay the price that they quoted me and I contacted them and the owner told me that I could save a couple thousand dollars if I bought one that he had just taken out of somebody else's property. He said it was only six years old and that he would guarantee it for like five years. Two weeks after he installed my furnace, mind you this is mid January there's no heat. About two weeks after that I woke up again to no heat. This happened three more times between early February and Mid April. They answered when I called them the first time, but after that They never even return my phone calls. When they installed my furnace, I paid for the furnace and central air to be installed. They install the condenser but never hooked up my central air. It is currently still sitting in my backyard. when they would not come out to look at my furnace after the second time it shut down, I had my appliance protection through Black Hills energy come out and take a look at it. There are at least five code violations. A couple of days ago when we had really heavy rain I was walking past the furnace and I was getting rained on inside my home. I give them zero stars. Oh and I forgot, they left a big gaping hole on the ground underneath the furnace.

Their part was not correct after two other companies confirmed the part could not keep up with our furnace. Also stated we had no carbon monoxide in home which neither Richard or Tanner tested for. You all also didn't attach ground wire when you installed the incorrect part and never told us up front this was "after market part". So if this "after market part" fit our furnace why did you have to drill holes to make it fit? Other HVAC questioned this as well because if this part fit (which it did not) no new holes would have been needed. Also when you enter a home with security cameras maybe be careful what you say and don't say to customers because we have it all on camera both your conversation and Tanner's conversation. LIARS ARE THE WORST PEOPLE! Next company we called did test after installing correct part and we had carbon monoxide in home! New HVAC company also took their part and didn't charge even though they installed and won't reuse a this part. Richard do better this is a small town and word of mouth is going to hurt! Also your condescending email to us acting as we didn't know what we were taking about when we actually did and your letter you mailed instead of calling a customer is very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After many phone calls looking for someone to help me and getting rejected because of the brick exterior wall, I called Sheet Metal Products. Within the same day that I called them for an estimate, someone came to my house to give me a free estimate. The next day, I received the estimate. I was blown away at the cost, I thought that's too good to pass up so I accepted their offer!! They came the next morning and completed the job in about an hour. I am beyond impressed. I agreed to a service ,of which I thought was an estimate .. can be higher or lower depending on time and parts used .. nope..., what they tell you is what you get. They half ass installed a water softener that I supplied . In fact I supplied most of the parts needed .. they supplied roughly 35- dollars worth of parts and the job took 1.5 hours and looked like an apprentice that had no idea what he was doing , did the install . They wanted $680 for a job that had $35 , their gas and 1.5 hrs time invested . I complained about the quality of the job and the value of the job and the office girl was rude . They sent out Abraham Garcia to address my complaint who was an egotistical and a very unprofessional ,supposed service manager ?? I did drop a couple F bombs , but Abraham started dropping them back to me . He agreed with me the job was not professional and that he would of did it a lot differently . I said just cut the bill in half and I'll walk away unsatisfied and you will still make your money for the job .he refused Instead he wanted his apprentice whom he disciplined, in front of me to redo the work and still wanted the $680.
