I rated this solely for the fried cheese. It is heavenly.
We stayed at a flat near here, and it's hard to not get curious walking day in day out and seeing a huge sign advertising fried cheese... Well fried cheese what?! One of the girls tried it and recommended it, so we all had some.
Turned out it was literally cheese that was fried, and was delicious! The middle parts were gooey and the outside parts were crispy and covered in onions. It was a fancy version of string cheese and was totally worth all the rudeness of eating while standing in the street. Except perhaps the calories I gained from eating it.
I'm not sure how Czech this is, but it is definitely some street food. read more
