We were traveling through town when our diesel engine suffered a performance issue just outside of…read moretown. We stayed overnight and called TW's first thing in the morning after being told by two other shops they were booked a week out. They were eager to help and understood our dilemma being stranded in town until repairs could be made. After diagnostic it was determined that we lost two fuel injectors. A fair estimate was given and parts picked up quickly. After pulling the valve covers they discovered that two rods were bent and rocker arm busted. We were loaned one of their own trucks so we could get breakfast while we waited. I highly recommend TW's. Their friendly eager to help attitude is greatly appreciated.

What I thought would be a straightforward fix turned into something way more complicated once I got into it. There was a lot more going on under the hood than I expected, and I was honestly bracing myself for a huge bill. That's where this shop really impressed me. They took the time to figure everything out, explained what was actually going on, and got it fixed the right way. On top of that, the price was very fair--especially considering how involved the repair turned out to be. No surprises, no runaround. The biggest thing though? When I got my car back, it didn't just fix the problem--it actually runs better than it did before any of this even started. That tells me they didn't just patch it up, they did it right. I'll be honest, I'm always a little nervous dealing with mechanics. It's kind of like going to a doctor--you know there are good ones and bad ones, but you don't really know which you've got until it's all said and done. This was one of the good ones. Charles Walker (service manager) answered the call and immediately gave me hope that they could help. I arrived and Charles personally handled my rig over the course of four hours (they were busy). Knowing that their RV hourly rate is impressive but competitive, he kept checking in with me to explain what they were investigating. We finally had an "ah ha" moment and he wrapped up the repair. I was billed for 30 minutes. Charles and his team saved my day, and my dogs from suffering through the Texas heat. 10 stars if I could give them.

We all looked at, figured out what we needed to get to texas. Got the problem fixed and we were back on the road in an hour. We didn't completely fix whatever is wrong with the vehicle, but the staff and owner were not tryna bullsh*t us. Plain and simple, you got a problem, they can fix it, no bs. They even gave us the rest of the coolant and water they used to top off the radiator so we could make it to texas. Really great experience. I have a E350 year 2007 and came in for a battery replacement when the battery was replaced I…read morenoticed the battery was very small compared to the battery that the technician had taken out only to learn time later that when I had the battery replaced again by AAA that this company had put in a battery that was not designed for my car it was too small and I was always having to jumpstart my car because I didn't have a enough cranking amps and the battery that they sold to me THEY SHOULD HAVE NOT SOLD OR INSTALLED. be aware that this company will sell you a battery that does not match your car which should be an easy thing to identify for a certified technician I should have had this checked once they put it in because that battery was too small but lesson learned
