The poison ivy only has a 0-5% chance of regrowth, which could be taken care of in one subsequent visit, one hour by one team member. I had been convinced my property would never be free from this dangerous plant, but now I am making plans to build a stone walkway, patio and fire pit. I will not worry about my grandson playing out back! My team included Travis, a certified arborist, and Bradley. They were wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated having an arborist here, because I also had a dead tree on my property that needed to be cut down. That was a happy bonus and I am very relieved to have it gone, as are my neighbors. i had an appointment with poison ivy patrol, po box 122, high falls, ny on 05/17/2022. i made this…read moreappointment with lee, minimally three weeks prior. she informed me they would be at my property by 9:00 am. no one showed at 9:00 nor 9:30 nor 10:00 am. i had taken off from work to be here while they did the work to advise them of the areas in question. at 10:00 am i called the office (no one ever picks up when you call the office; guess they never heard of call forwarding); i left a message. no one called me back on the entire day of 05/17/2022. in addition, i sent poison ivy patrol an email through their website on 05/17/2022; again no response. so, no calls, no texts, no emails. will they reimburse me for the vacation day i lost because they didnt show??????????? this is unacceptable and inexcusable!!!! all of these contractors want your money but don't want to do quality work, show common courtesy and decency and consideration. stay away!!!!!!
