Walter has been a great help to us since we moved into our home seven years ago. We met him when he immediately responded to replace vinyl siding that was ripped from the house during a storm. Since then he has painted our daughters bedroom, power washed our porch, repaired door frames, caulked and waterproofed a leaking skylight and repaired my kitchen ceiling after I fell through it while walking in my attic lol. Called Walter off of a craigslist ad when we needed some quotes to fix fire damage to our deck. Walter gave a reasonable quote for fixing the damage and a fair quote to replace all of the deck boards. He was efficient, worked full days and NEVER did anything without first asking me.
