Ben's reply avoids the core issue, which is that he disclosed private information against my clear instructions and responded with hostility and abusive language when I addressed it. Notably, in his response, he does not deny using the language I described--something that should give any prospective client, especially women, serious pause before deciding to work with him. Now that I've seen how he chooses to handle client concerns, it's clear he was never acting in my best interest. Instead, he ignored my instructions, dismissed my concerns, and treated me with outright disrespect when I raised them. His conduct was not only unprofessional, but also at odds with the duty of care, loyalty, and discretion expected of a registered real estate professional under RECO's Code of Ethics.
