The bushes they didn't get to before I intervened bloomed all summer long. They skipped our lawn mowing from time to time without warning and once sent an elderly gentleman to mow when they had missed. The gentleman didn't blow the grass cuttings off of the lawn and the entire yard died. They didn't check in with us about the mowing season ending- just didn't show up and when i messaged said they figured we were done with mowing since our yard was dead. Jim is extremely detail oriented and actually listens to what the homeowner wants! The crew came in and did such great work, from removal of old driveway to the installation of the new drive. The clean-up was minimal, very little, if any, additional landscaping needed to be done. No piles of excess dirt nor trash! He will also color the concrete before pouring so that the color in through not just sitting on top! This was a wonderful experience dealing with Jim. He says what he means and does what he says! Definitely makes sure the customer is happy! So happy we hired Jim. Would do it again!
