Loved his work and I'm all for supporting black businesses because that's extremely rare in Orange county. I booked my mom the wow experience because her car wasn't washed for MOOOOOONTHS! She's been in and out of the hospital on top of our beloved King Louie passing shit went to the wayside :( So when mom's was coming back home and we were getting a new puppy. Never more than 10 minutes. I chose Citrus park by my mom's house , dropped off the keys and walked back to her house and drove my ass back home lol. A few short hours and my mom's car was ready. I pulled up and wow her car looked so good. He also posts the before , during and after process and omg my mom's car was diiiiiirty inside and out. Seeing the upholstery getting steamed and suctioned was interesting. You don't realize how much guck or whatever else is going on within your seats and carpeting until you see his IG stories . My sister and I were in impressed. I just knew I needed to book him for myself. So finally it was my turn and I went with his most basic option for detail which literally is the best way to go instead of going to the carwash because those mofos would charge me 50 on top of tip for a bullshit "hand wash" and no interior cleaning -_- . Make it make sense. They really tried me just because my car is lowered and can't go in the conveyor PSSH. So yea I'm sticking with Wow detailing for my carwash needs. My sister originally found WOW back in November for us, we hadn't had our HK mobile washed in months and were preparing to bring home our new pup. Wow is right! Found this company via Yelp and saw all the great reviews. Contacted them to set up an appointment, they were quick to respond and directed me to their website to book an appointment. Very easy booking system. Day of, Lazell let me know when he would arrive and let me know when he arrived. He was so friendly and let me know that the full detail would take several hours. For the full inside and outside detail, it did take about 4.5 hours. The work he put in was amazing and my car looked better then the day I bought it from the dealership. Just wow. I can't believe the shine on my car. Very professional and high quality work. Price for a full detail seems high, but after researching several detail places, this is the standard price around the area.
