I am so blown away at the amazing customer service that this business provides. Someone had created a nasty oatmeal with milk spilled inside my car. It was all over my carpet. Unfortunately, it dried out because I had to work and didn't have time to clean it during the week. I called and they decided to do the job. I am writing this review because, I had never had such great service from a detailing company. A team of guys showed up to do this job, talk about teamwork, and great customer service! This guys did such an amazing job. They detailed the whole interior of my car, removing every spot in the carpet and my seats. But I love the most is that they used top-notch chemicals from the chemical guys/ detail Garage! I love their products, and these guys had them all. The best part is that they were very affordable! You cannot find better prices anywhere else! Again you won't find better prices anywhere else! I am very picky as to my car since it's a classic 2005 Jaguar, and these guys made it look like New! My first time using a mobile detailing service and WOW detailing made the entire process so easy and they did a AMAZING job with my car! I'll definitely be booking with them again!! I hadn't washed my car in over a month due to some bad experiences I've had with Hand Car washes that go through the machines (my antenna cover shattered and blown off at the end when the machines blow dry the cars. At 7:50am I booked for a same day appointment for 8:30am, I received an email confirmation by of my appointment at 8:15am, they arrived at 8:25am and finished with my car at 9:10am. A Friend referred Lazell to me and his car detailing business. I had only used him one time before when I had two cars, but I had a major car wreck and lost my Pilot.
