I first started out with an agent with the name Janeese, figured everything was good, got the notification that my taxes were being worked on. Then later that day she messaged me saying that she was going to send my stuff to another agent. Hours went by the next day and I still got no call, which I thought was really weird. So I called the office and it turns out the agent who now had my stuff, had never even heard of me. I am very irritated at this point, because I have no idea how to reach Janeese and it seems everyone else in the office didn't know how either. A few hours pass again and she emails me saying that someone name Lan is now working on my stuff, I tell her I tried calling them and they didnt even know who I was, another hour passes and she has somehow magically finished my taxes, without any communication at all.. of course the numbers dont look right to me at all. I tell her I no longer want to work with her and she replies saying its my fault pretty much because of all my documents and "lil' communication". I seriously cannot believe this and I will be making a call to their 1-800 number to report her.
