When I called they would not take the call but go through an online app. It took days of messages back and forth and even then I did not get all the money back. They won't talk to you on the phone even if you ask. Terrible customer service! There are lots of decent handyman companies that do not misuse their customer's cards once they get hold of the number. How is this company allowed to do so and still operate in the United Kingdom?

I was hesitant in contacting them, given the reputation of some plumbers, but im really glad that i used their services. They got back to me promptly after i left my details on their answerphone, and popped around the next day to look at what i needed doing and promptly gave me a firm quote for the works in my bathroom. I had to wait three weeks before they could fit me in, but i was reassured by the fact that they had plenty of other customers! They turned up as promised at the correct time and the work on the bathroom was carried out in a short time, and with little or no mess or disturabance. There were no long tea breaks, courteous and efficient workers and i had no problems with their work at all.
