I recently received a complaint via a council letter from my neighbour, about a wasp nest on my property, and that I had to get rid of it. Given that the "nest" had been there for at least five years, and that it was a bee hive, and not wasps, I was less than impressed with the cowardly way my neighbours had dealt with the matter, instead of just knocking on my door. Regardless, I was less than thrilled to have to pay for the removal of the hive, given that it had not been any problem for me in the years it had existed. I engaged WR Gay to deal with it, and their service was exemplary. Not only did they come out once, they repeated the treatment three weeks later as the hive was still active due to it's size and location. They also were kind enough to come out a third time one month later, at no charge, as there were still bees buzzing around.
