Soon my car was also tuned to this station, NOW I stream WYCE even while here in Seattle. I just can't get enough of it! My favorite thing - I have to keep a post-it handy so I can write down the names of new bands and recording artists that I discover every day. I love that WYCE is volunteer-driven and connected to a consortium that includes local theatre and tv too. How cool is that. I am a huge KEXP fan (Seattle) but WYCE is my new fave - sorry Seattle - this small-midwestern-city station has a big-town beat and an even BIGGER heart.

It's a bit of karma that they now need funds so badly that they are screaming and whining to anyone who will listen. They added a pressure relief tank and turn the heat down on the tank. They even cleaned up the mess they didn't make! These guys were so fast and professional.
