We called Modern Exterior to see if they could not only fix it but fix it quickly as another storm was predicted that could have taken the entire gutter down. They sent someone out that day to reattach the gutter to the house. The next day they came back and painted and replaced the rotted facia board and then reattached the gutter. One year later(2025) I had Semper Fi look at my new roof for hail damage. I was told I would need about 20 shingles replaced. I didn't turn it in to the insurance company because it was the same cost as my deductible $2000. After 3 attempts last year to get a estimate from them so I could move forward no one ever contacted me to schedule the repair. I called back this spring and they sent out another estimator. That estimate was 13k. So I called the insurance company and got paid to do the roof. After asking Semper Fi to send the estimate so I can approve it the estimator said he had to review it with his boss. I was called back 2 weeks later with a 29k estimate???. The original cost 2 years ago was 20k, thats nearly a 50 percent increase. So under the new management I have to give them a 1 star very disorganized and overpriced. I found another local contractor with a better rating and 6k less than Semper Fi. That's using the same shingles and warranty. Thirteen months into this and Semper Fi has yet to send me a estimate. So before you decide on Semper Fi at least get a couple of estimates. The new owners are more expensive

He took thorough pictures and notes on the issues and encouraged me to reach out to the roofers we used over the summer. Just after he left, Luke sent me a quote including his detailed recommendations and pictures/video/observations. I felt respected, heard, and he not only quoted me, but offered to help me navigate next steps with the roofers who need to fix said problems. Because of his professionalism and kindness, I would absolutely recommend him to others and will keep this company in mind for any other needs. If our roofers refuse to complete the job and repair said issues, we will absolutely use QF&CS. I wish I would've had them do this originally!

Charged $704 and no cleaning. I was suspicious so i called our builder who recommended another company. As the other reviews on this page note, i was told by the 2nd company there was no damage and no need for any relining. To add insult to inury they tried to tell me that "relining" isnt as good as replacing the "whole chimney" for $35,000. The 2nd company said that there was no need for any repair but if there were, a relining was about $1,600. This is fraud. And if they say we aren't listed as a customer as apparently they do, I will post the invoice and the charge. Beware.

The salesperson said that he could replace the siding on the entire home from the payout of an insurance claim. The person swore up and down that I would be getting my siding replaced for the cost of my homeowners insurance deductible. A week down the road the person called and said that my insurance company isn't paying enough and they would be losing money if they resided my home. I then asked the representative to quote me the cost of residing my home given the insufficient payout from the insurance company. I never got a call back from them. To make a long story short, Loyal Family Renovations backed out of the deal. They should not be promoting the way they do if they aren't willing to back up their promises. They hook you with a verbal promise but in writing they leave themselves an out.
