We ended up taking them to court and was awarded our full refund plus an extra $600.00 in expenses. We found Natasha to be so nice and accommodating when trying to get us to sign a lease but she quickly turned into a rude and disrespectful person who has trouble with telling the truth. Garbage and droppings all over and in the lake. My heart sank like the old jeans in the lake as peered out onto it from the dock. Weeds as far as I could see. No one really cares for this lake anymore it's obvious. It's a shame. Firewood is $17/bag lasted us about 4.5hrs of burn time. You also need to get an plug adapter for the plug in if you rent an powered campsite. $20 deposit. On the positive side the staff were super friendly. The store is open 24 hrs and sells alittle of everything at not that big of mark up. The best part of the trip were the great friendly campers there. I'll be back in 5-10 years to see how much has changed but unfortunately it won't be to camp. Thanks for the moments I used to have Mink lake.

They have limited seadoo up to 4 and it's done by booking, if it's not busy you can manage to get a rental on the day of. The cost is $99 for seadoo, +hidden costs such as gas which they may charge you from your damage fee of $1000 to your credit card. I'm not to clear on it myself, so just ask staff yourself or call them at (780) 892-3008 or visit their website (rates on rentals) www.wabummarina.com. See photos. There are washrooms next to the place not far but they are in excellent condition due to recent renovations. Plus the small water park and playground for kids nearby. There is also a train that blocks the entrance but that's only temporary when it passes by. Recommended for water activities. Tip: Do not bring your phone unless it's completely waterproof or unless you know the risks.

I was hoping to get back to this RV resort to try it a second time but quite frankly the kids had…read moreno desire to go here again. The beach was too small and the vibe wasn't great. I understand restrictions but the resort is designed for people who live there full-time. The ones with full hook ups and built in decks. And if that's what you want this is beautiful. But if you just want a weekend getaway this may not be what you are looking for. There is only one bathroom facility and currently with the cleaning schedule we found there were times it was not accessible. And despite having facilities in my trailer I still prefer to use the provided ones. The resort also advertised trails and they were a joke at least for someone who wanted to go for a real walk. I was also very unimpressed with the check in process. I tried to take advantage of a deal on firewood but they processed my credit card too quickly - it just felt not friendly. Not like the oh so many RV resorts I've been to in the past. I tried something different when I went again- maybe you should too?
