April fools day 2016 is a day I'll never forget, thanks to Wacky Jacks, and my friends that planned this prank! Some friends of mine thought it would be funny to send a man dressed as a police officer to my house and serve me an arrest warrant. As I'm currently serving time on house arrest, for a DUI... When I heard my dog going nuts and I looked out to see what was going on - I saw a police officer standing at my front door, I didn't know what was going on! When I came out side, the man said "I'm here to serve an arrest warrant, are you Ken?" (I nearly fainted) "Yes, I'm Ken." Then he opened up a black binder he was carrying with him. I really thought he was about to pull out a warrant! When he pulled out the paper, he started singing- "April fools is such a great day! Someone got you and but good!.... " I had to sit down, I was shocked! What a perfect prank, it honestly couldn't have been much better, the only thing I can recommend is a body camera. I really wish I could've seen my face! This was one of the best experiences we've had. I called for a simple singing of Happy Birthday & a few balloons for a coworker. Upon talking to him I ended up ordering a wonderful package for a 19 year olds Birthday. I was beyond excited for him to get to our job to surprise her. I called him one morning with just an idea in my mind,an hour later he returned my call and explained his services and fees to me & I ordered for a few days later for her. His fees are awesome for what he delivers! Her birthday came and at noon when our business was busy as usual he strolled in on time, as promised (and we are pretty far from Pittsburgh) with the huge bouquet of balloons for her and surprised her. Just like I wanted!!!! His skit/routine he did was amazing and had her so embarrassed & giggling. Our entire staff & all our customers were watching & laughing. He was AMAZING! he made her day & mine! More than worth the price! I HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone & always do. Many many if my coworkers have used him. This service is WONDERFUL. I took my 7 year old to Pittsburgh last weekend for a birthday getaway, and booked The Works telegram. The "police officer" arrived right on time (I believe this was Keith). Not only did he have the most kid-friendly demeanor I could ask for, not only did he sing a personalized song written for my son using tidbits about him that I'd given them, but my son said after Keith left, "This is the best day ever!" This was at 10 am, and it was already the best day ever. He brought a balloon bouquet, including a big foil #7. He entered the airbnb with such a cute cover story, and while my son was initially befuddled, it was with a smile on his face. He knew something fun was about to happen, he just didn't know what yet. My son jumped up and down and danced in excitement the entire time the song was sung, and happily interacted and joked with the "police officer." We were in a scramble to find a police officer impersonator for a very dear co-worker who was retiring from our company. I was amazed how difficult it was to find one that didn't strip! Well, it boiled down to us finding Wacky Jack's three days before the party. He could not have been more accommodating; he responded immediately to every text/email/phone call and I had even changed the time on him last minute. We had the party at a restaurant, and when he walked in the door, if I hadn't planned the party, I would have thought he was the real thing! He was phenomenal...he used typical cop catch phrases and could not have played the character any better. He had the retiree in tears, she was laughing so hard. I had so many people approach me afterwards to tell me how incredible he was and how they thought that he was the real deal at first (because the staff wasn't "in" on the surprise). During a wedding planning time crunch Wacky Jack Balloons came to our rescue. My husband and I were looking for these special 36" ivory colored balloons. Since we live in New York City, we started by emailing and calling every balloon company in the surrounding Pittsburgh area just one week before the event. Keith, the owner of Wacky Jacks was the only person that ever got back to me. He was more than eager to help us. He knew exactly what we were looking for and overnighted the balloons to Pittsburgh just in time to hand deliver them to us. This company did such a WONDERFUL job for me! I've never seen or heard of a singing telegram before, and my sister told me about them, and how she ordered one from Wacky Jacks before and loved their services. Well, let me tell you that I was so impressed and amazed at how they paid attention to detail in writing a song for my husband, that he wondered how the entertainer knew so much about him. My co-workers and i have an ongoing prank war with our manager. After April Fool's, i was trying to think of a way to get him, and get him good. I realized i knew of a way, and we set it into motion. One of my co-workers called Keith and gave him some general information about our manager and his upcoming birthday. Keith had one day to prepare a custom song. He delivered! Our manager was shaking in his skin when this officer showed up during our dinner rush hour, and very convincingly had him believing there were legal papers to be served on him. The song was PERFECT. My friends and I requested Wacky Jack for a birthday party. Prior to the party, we conveyed information about the birthday boy so the song would be personal. The party was at the Meadows in a private room. We were very pleased with the unique "gift" we gave to our friend. He loved it!! My only concern was that not everyone could hear the song since the singer wore a mask. Fortunately, the birthday boy heard every word since the singer stood in front of him.
