I asked them for a mini groom and to have the groomer call me before grooming my dogs to discuss particulars. The groomer did not call, they shaved my dogs BALD and when I asked what happened they called me rude and never apologized or took accountability despite confirming that I asked for a mini groom and to be called. They finally refunded my money after numerous calls with asshole employees. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

    Looking snazzy!

Today our old girl, Abby got to go and be pampered at the Decatur location. She and I walked in the other day from Dearborn animal hospital after a short boarding weekend. We were greeted quickly and given information on grooming. I talked about afternoon appointments and thought we were set for 12-12:30. Our confirmation didn't confirm the time so I asked. Glad I did!! Apparently, your dog has to be there before 10am. We were able to get her there- thanks hubby. She arrived at 7:30 but wasn't done until 2pm so I am a bit confused over the timing.. Upon pickup and she got the whole treatment from nose to tail. Suds, shed free, ears and nails. Total bill 65.00. It seemed pretty reasonable but this was a treat after losing her best friend a couple weeks ago. They did ask if I wanted to tip. Which is fine but I would suggest to the staff to let us see the dog first. So, I tipped blindly and it would have been higher had I seen her first. Bottom line, she looks great and smells better. I would take her back at least once a year as we bathe her ourselves.

I was VERY specific online in the profile that I had to create, as well as in person the morning that I dropped him off, that I ONLY wanted the hair around his eyes and butt trimmed. When I arrived to pick him up at 3:30pm that afternoon, after just having a 90 minute full body massage, I was a bit out of it, and was in shock when I saw Dallas. He had been shaved down to his coat!!!! I was rightfully upset and expressed my concerns to the SUPER unprofessional, Manager, on duty! She did not apologize nor refund my money. I went the next day, and showed the SUPER unprofessional attendant, "Deshawn '' and he took photos of Dallas and asked me to "give him a few minutes" so I stepped outside. I came back in and he said that he called "Mia" and she said "you were rude yesterday" and he could not do anything. I was only "rude" AFTER she was blatantly nonchalant with regard to what they DID to my dog. It is WINTER and they (Courtney Fields) took all his fur off and WITHOUT my approval. So much so that his ears are no longer covered, and his sweaters DO NOT FIT HIM. In addition the cut IS VERY uneven, especially around his eyes and neck. My poor baby. Mia is incredibly rude and they have not issued my refund. I have attached before and after photos of my dog as well as the filth that was around the front office area. SO DIRTY!!! If I requested a FULL refund of $66.00 by the end of business on Tuesday, December 26th, 2023, and have not heard from anyone. DO NOT GO HERE! I am going to file a civil complaint in Fulton County if I do not get my FULL refund.

Told them to shut up, be quiet, "growled at them" . Even when I said something he continued. I am sure that it can get tiring to listen to dogs bark constantly all day, but if you can't handle it, you shouldn't be working with dogs. Those are people's family members, and they are trusting you with their care and this man is being verbally abusive. I can't see if he's doing anything physically to them, but he is verbally being abusive to these dogs. I can still hear him yelling and he knows I'm out here. I told him I wouldn't dare take my dog there and it didn't seem to deter him so if you take your dog here, you might want to pull in the back parking lot sometime and just listen because I guarantee you you don't know what's going on when you're not there. This guy should be fired. I have been here for 30 minutes now and he is still yelling at the dogs, screaming at them to go sit down in a very angry tone. He is obviously not a happy person and he does not need to be around other people's pets. I am posting this because I care about animals. I'm not trying to cause problems for this guy. I don't even know who he is but he does not need to be working with animals, and if you take your dog here, you have a right to know.

They WILL NOT warm up to anyone and especially in their own home. From the moment that Tom walked in they were all about the cuddles and special time with him. When I am gone for extended periods of time its not just a matter of leaving my girls with someone but also leaving my home. I have NEVER felt worried or anxious about either when I knew Tom was on the job. He is incredibly reliable and so detailed about the care he provides. Our trips wouldnt be the same without the periodic texts with the most adorable pictures of our girls when hes there. Tom truly is a godsend, even at the last minute he has accomodated us. Sometimes I think more for the girls than for me :) I have tried a few other people before Tom and even gone the route of daycare. The girls have done ok in each of the situations but they have never been totally fine, with that neither have I. I can honestly say that if it werent for Tom I wouldnt be able to travel at all. I have never found anyone that genuinely cares about my girls as much as I do except for Tom. It shows in the pictures he sends and it shows in how at peace the girls are when he's here.

What's the old saying, "better late than never?"…read more In 2005 I brought my 1-year old aggressive, non-social, Rottie/GS pup, Ruby, to Kate Jackson and Jabula to get her on the right track. I adopted Ruby from a local rescue when she was 6-months old and it was evident that the first few months before I met her were extremely traumatic. Our "meet and greet" went horribly, as she wouldn't let me close, it took me 15 minutes to get her in the car, and she bit me in return. However, there was something about her and I knew we belonged together. I had a contract job in Hawaii early in 2005 that was going to require me to be there for the better part of a month, and I thought that this would be the perfect time for Ruby to get some formal training since I was going to have make accommodations for her car while I was away. Upon finding out about Jabula's 2-week "all-inclusive" program (or whatever it was called back then), I was ecstatic that not only would she have a place to stay for two weeks with company and activity, but she would get the formal training she needed and deserved. It was going to be hard to leave her behind, but after meeting Kate I felt comfortable leaving Ruby under her care. While in Hawaii, Kate sent me emails and responded to my questions about Ruby's progress. I was excited to hear that she was adapting well and learning how to behave. I couldn't wait to come and see her. Once I got home and was able to pick her up, Kate went over all of the training they did (place, heel, come, etc) in an hour long session with us and the results were remarkable! She was still definitely an Alpha, but she wouldn't instigate any altercation, played well with other dogs, obeyed all commands, and was much, much better around strangers that previously she wouldn't dare go around. Ruby passed in 2015 but she was the best trained pup I've ever had, and Jabula was instrumental in making that happen.

He was diagnosed and treated at this facility and my husband spent almost $200 just for him to die. Nobody informed him death was a possibility and made it appear it was just a simple worm detox. If the veterinarian felt his diagnosis and medication could be fatal she should have said something or at least advised to keep my Dog in a clinic overnight. He was throwing up, pooping blood and he only had a few doses of his medication. I understand some medications can be stronger than others and my dog was still a puppy it breaks my heart he is dead. I have called and left two voicemails during the hours listed on Google but have received no call back regarding my dog. Me and my husband are devastated we loved our dog so much. I called regarding the condition of my dog after visiting and requested a reimbursement for the fatal medications so I can at least afford a funeral or cremation service for my beloved dog. I can't bring my dead dog back but I would really appreciate it if my veterinarian Coreen or someone else from the team can listen to one of my voicemails and call me back so I can give my beloved Pork Chop the proper goodbye... Again I know I can't bring my beloved Pork Chop back but I really really need someone to call me back I want to at least be able to afford a decent burial or cremation service. My husband spent a lot of money on medicine that killed my dog and now we have to try and find a way to afford a proper burial. I was hoping someone would reach out after my first initial call and voicemail but nothing. I wrapped my poor baby Pork Chop in a blanket and bags and have been trying to reach this facility to at least receive condolences or a way to give my dog a burial but due to no response I am most likely going to have to call a nearby animal control to take his body.... Please please somebody message me or call me back as soon as possible! I didn't want to leave a poor review but my husband spend almost $200 for my dog to die from the prescription medication, no call back after informing the facility and now I have to mentally recover from loosing my baby and try to find a way to afford a proper send off because me and my husband spent our savings hoping to heal him. Just heartbreaking... I hope somebody has the decency to reach out to me me and my husband are devastated.
