My fiance's faves are their pre marinated split chickens along with their many flavors of house made sausages. The meats are always a hit. On our most recent visit, he picked up a few beer pork sausages along with wild blueberry and bison versions as well - the fam loved them. I love finding new treats to try from their cheese, dry foods, and fresh produce sections. This butcher is not suitable for people looking to purchase meats for BBQ.
