We thought the last sitter was good but these guys are even better. Beth is our sitter and our three cats just love her. She keeps us informed with texts and pics while we're away and always lets us know if there is anything that might need attention. We love the convenient web site which lets us put in our reservations well in advance, too. The prices are very competitive with other services we looked at. We have two kitties and one doesn't do well away from home. We waited until just a couple of days before our Christmas trip and tried to find an alternative to taking them to a boarding facility. We found you and we were so lucky that we did! You accommodated us at the last minute and sent over Susan for a visit. We immediately knew it was going to be a great fit because the anxious kitty didn't hide when she showed up! They came out for an initial "meet and greet' to make both Scooter and I more comfortable, both of us had a little anxiety about this. These pet sitters are the real deal. Very professional and reliable. Their website has a client login that allows clients to request services and give details about their pets' needs and behaviors. The site is very user friendly. After realizing how traumatic boarding was for our first dog, we researched in-home care and tried Wagg'nPurr. We have since hired Joanna and company several times over the past couple of years to care for them. We have never been disappointed and our animal family fares very well under their care. The first reservation took some work as we were adding information about all the animals (there were 4 at the time), but it is easy to book now with just minor updates on animal meds or special care. With the online reservation is also the ability to pay invoices online. A nice surprise the first time they took care of our pets was that they send picture updates to our phones. That is great peace of mind while you are away to see your pets thriving. This past week, Joanna and Katie cared for our menagerie again--now two big dogs, two aging cats, a bearded dragon and his cricket friends. They cleaned up after a sick cat and washed muddy towels from dogs. Best recommendation came from my shy dog who doesn't warm up to many people. While walking her, we saw Joanna caring for a neighbor's pets and my dog got very excited and started pulling on her leash to go see Joanna. I hesitated to write a review--I don't want Waggn'Purr to get so busy that they are booking up way far in advance. But that wouldn't be fair--they deserve the credit. She took the time to really get to know my high-energy kitten, and gave him the extra love he needed! Wagg 'n Purr Pet Sitters are simply the best. We have been customers since 2010, and have never once had any cause for complaint or worry. Joanna and her team of pet sitters are excellent, and have always taken the best care of our three dogs whenever we've had to travel. They provide great feedback and communication about the dogs while we're away, and also take care of the little household things while we're gone. I love how convenient they've made scheduling appointments through their website. I really believe our dogs get far better care, and are much safer, staying at the home they're used to. If you know and appreciate the term, "set and forget" it best captures Joanna's attention to detail. I was gone for three weeks, and being the OCD prone character that I am, I was wondering what I might come home to with two female cats left behind. I left Joanna pretty detailed instructions in response to her estimate for services, and I cannot overstate just how she EXCEEDED the norms that I expected. The house was orderly, it smelled the way I had left it, and the area looked as if this ole OCD character had just been there all along. She left me periodic text messages on the status of matters in such an up beat tone. When I arrived home, I found a delightful note with some goodies for the kitties and a warm note of thanks for being chosen our pet care provider. Bottom line, I was thrilled with the care of the cats...yes she even brushed them, played with them and took the litter box gunk away. Joanna's my choice hands down...so much so that I posted a pic on my Face Book page showing the note, the goodies for the cats and the M&Ms treat for this ole fart. Thank you, Joanna. We have used Wagg'nPurr for several years whenever we go out of town. They really put us at ease, even with two really old cats. One cat has to get insulin shots twice a day, and some vets won't even do that service in their own vet room and board. The women that we have worked with go out of their way to do a wonderful job, and the owner calls if she has questions about care or how things are going. Absolutely awesome! Rest assured, this is the way to go for your pets! I have two big dogs and they are my children. I cannot stand to board them and they're very particular with certain people and most especially, other dogs. My sitter is ALISON and she is a LIFE-SAVER! She is so wonderful with my boys (Franklin & Harvey) and they love her. She even texts me pictures when she's with them and always has a funny little comment too! What makes her even BETTER is that she's saved me in so many unexpected, last minute situations- flight cancellations or delays, last minute visit requests: no problem! She is so accommodating and flexible. I've been stuck out of town, expecting to get home one night but a flight delay puts me home the next instead- I just text Alison and tell her what's going on and she assures me its no problem and that my pups will be taken care of. She is seriously awesome! In addition to all of this, the booking and paying system is impeccable! Everything is done online, its user-friendly, you don't get billed until after services are rendered and you just pay online. This has been the best experience overall in any situation when I have to leave my pets.
