I have known Ally for around 5-6 years and she has taken care of our German Sheppard over the years and has given the same love, attention and affection to our dog that she shows her own pups. I would trust Ally with my dog's life, no hesitation. She is very in-tune with pet behavior and notices abnormalities quickly. She provides some of the best experiences for pups, taking them to beautiful open spaces to run around, on nice hikes or bodies of water, as well as good socialization. WARNING: Your dog may love Ally more than you after being in her care! Not only is Ally more than capable of taking care of all of your dog's needs, but she is one of the most pleasant and fun people to be around. Kramer was always excited to see her...that made me happy to see. Ally kept Kramer in tip-top shape with long walks. Often she'd send me pictures/videos of Kramer in creek or playing with his buddies...brought a smile to my face. I should mention Ally took care of Kramer from when he was just a wee little boy to almost six years old. She helped me train him (although he obeys her more than me). Also, and this is super cool, Ally is a vet tech, so she was always quick to point-out when I needed to take Kramer to the vet. The first few visits were fine; however, the young man who was assigned to take care of my pets "forgot" to come by my house the early evening on the Fourth of July; therefore, my pets were not fed, my dog did not receive her prescription medication and was not let out to go to the bathroom, and neither my dog or a cat received prescribed medication to help them deal with the fireworks that go off every year in our neighborhood. When I called the company that evening my call went straight to voicemail. I sent a text, which I was told are monitored, to indicate the gentleman had not come by my house. I received no response. After ensuring he enjoyed a fireworks show with friends and family, the gentleman decided to finally come by my house at midnight to tend to my pets. He acted immaturely and irresponsibly, and because of his choices and actions my pets were not well taken care of that night. The reason I know he came by at midnight, after he decided to go see fireworks, is because that is exactly what he wrote in the app the company uses to communicate with clients, which is timestamped. He made no apologies for his error in judgement. Come Monday I still did not receive a phone call or text from the company. On Tuesday I finally texted the company asking to speak to a manager. Amber called me and admitted she thought she knew why I was calling. I did not find that reassuring. I relayed all of the above to her and never once did she state the young gentleman should have done things differently. Instead she tried to tell me the times on the app are off. I had to let her know we have cameras around our house that show exactly when people enter and leave our home. We even alerted a neighbor to what had happened in case we needed to call upon them for help, and their cameras caught the gentleman coming at midnight. People in Arizona may have a better experience with this company, but I would not recommend them. Not in Austin, Texas; not in any state.
