My son asked the local cemetery managers in PA about where we might have the plate updated, and they had no suggestions. He brought it home to me, inToledo, to find a company that could do the work. After a very dissatisfying interaction with a local Toledo company, I drove the plate up to Adrian Monuments and Melody Adams. Melody was very patient and accommodating, even though she was preparing to leave on a big vacation. She managed to get the work on my plate underway before she left, and called me (when I was on vacation) to say that it was complete. The price was less than the higher one quoted in Toledo. Adrian Monuments is well worth the trip!
