Instead of moving people into another room (with video) or providing more seats, a group of 30-40 folks people had to stand for over an hour. Seems like poor planning or they weren't able to handle the crowd. During the service (and a eulogy) water started to pour out of the ceiling and was collected in buckets. What kind of funeral home has has such poor integrity that there's flooding during the funeral? This is an established business that has been in Ann Arbor forever. I don't know what the staff is like to interact with but not very impressed with this place.
