Well we got what we wanted but the price went up and then we started to notice the imperfections here and there. Then one night we heard a crash and glass shattering. Turns out the the new shelves that where being held in with pins came loose from the wall and all my family picture frames broke, and I lost a blue glass candy dish that we inherited from my husbands grandmother. I was angry, and heartbroken!! At that moment we where done. So I reached out to Jeremy again, and told him the situation. Jeremy came to our home and gave us another bid. However this time it was to repair the multiple issues we had with the media wall, as well as some other home improvements like, a new side garage door installed, master bathroom door reversed entry, drywall repair, moulding repair, paint, and building NEW THICKER SHELVES !!! To say we absolutely love our media wall is an understatement !! We can not thank Jeremy enough!! and we plan to see him again for phase 2 of renovations. I…read morescheduled not one, not two, but three appointments, and somehow Jeff miss-handled every single one of them. The first appointment was completely forgotten with no notice or communication until after I reached out to follow-up. We then agreed on a second appointment and on the same day, he canceled. We further agreed to a third appointment, and 30-minutes before our scheduled time, I received a text saying he could not make it and to find someone else to do the job. While communication with Jeff was cordial and polite, the schedule mismanagement and lack of respect of a repeat customer's time was not.
