Had Kade come out to look at what I thought was a bad circuit breaker for my pool equipment. Turned out to be tripped and I wasn't resetting it properly. He showed me what to do next time any breaker trips. Also looked at and showed me how to reset a gfci breaker at the equipment. Waived the fee for such a non issue and short visit. We had to do a panic remodel to our house, long story, not now. I ordered some giant ceiling fans and a couple of light fixtures and quickly realized I was in over my head. I called The Wire Guy out of desperation, and they immediately responded and got a technician out that same day. After doing a careful and thorough diagnosis, Rhett located the problem. The builder had split the internal wires of one of our smoke detectors. It was starting to smoke but not yet enough for us to smell it. We were this close to having a house fire. Most of the newer lights I've seen are round but they were able to find square ones that fit right into the existing cutouts. I was excited about since it meant they wouldn't have to cutout anymore of the ceiling. They were patient with me and gave advice on which lighting setting to select before they installed. Luckily, they had a cancellation and fit me in within a few days to change out the kitchen eyeballs (lights) in my rental condo, and add three can lights. They used close existing outlets to create minimal mess. One required a small cut of dry wall. They left the piece to be patched. They also recommened a dry wall person. The pendant lights were tricky, but they installed them perfectly. They look beautiful! The price was very competitive, much better than some quotes I received before landing on them.
