Gina was very helpful and patient as we thought through our options and we appreciated the line by line estimates for both materials and labor, which helped us to prioritize what we wanted done and stay within our budget. The project timeline was 8-12 weeks, and we were very close to that 12 week mark. They order all the materials ahead of time, so there aren't holdups waiting on some small item to arrive. We did move out during construction and the only communication was via a group text thread, which was frustrating at times. We had to ask certain questions multiple times and there was some miscommunication throughout. In the end, the results were amazing. Our kitchen and bathroom both look great, and we are very happy with the results! We have had to reach out about a few small fixes, and most of those things have already been sorted out. We definitely recommend working with CHD!

They then proceeded to try to bs me and say well it will look like this color in this light and this color if it is limited etc.... as though the stitching they are using is metallic in nature which would be cool if they can do metallic embroidery. I am now forced to go somewhere else that can do the Project as they clearly cannot and refuse to fix the errors instead blaming the design which has two Colors Deep Plum Purple and Gray that is nothing else.
