I felt really out of place in this store. Not because of the clothing, the atmosphere, or the sales…read moreperson... but because I'm the type of girl that generally doesn't shop "boutique". I tend to buy my clothes are Target or JC Penney; I've never really been into designer anything. I wandered in on a weekend looking for a specific brand that I had seen in another shop in town. They did in fact have it here, only a few pieces, but I happily found something that I did like and I purchased it. The sales person (maybe owner?) was really a nice lady and was seemingly very helpful to the other people in the shop. She didn't rush me out of the dressing room even though I had some issues trying on what I was looking at buying and other people were waiting. I would not recommend this place to plus sized woman, as she did have some items that were in like the 14-16 range if I remember correctly, but the majority of the stock here is for women 6-12 from what I could tell. Regarding prices, they weren't all astronomical, but just a tad bit more then what I would be used to paying where I tend to shop.

Everything in the store is cute (literally), varies in sizes, colors and allows you to try on anything you'd like. The quality of items is amazing and warrants the price tag. Beware - you may end up purchasing more than you think, but it's entirely worth it. Staff nails it with compliments and conversation, which makes for a welcoming atmosphere. You can find such great deals and specials even if it is only last season's style. The selection of men's and women's wear are usually a good selection, even for us more smaller sizes. This location is set off from the Park Meadows mall but parking can get busy if you want up front parking. My only complaint is the alteration service. The seamstress Nila is incredible and very talented. She's warm and friendly as well as efficient. I have confidence in her sewing skills. However, the pricing is confusing as well as not clearly displayed or explained. We took shirts to be tailored but some were $38 and others $78. It totaled over $600... A bit much for my usual needs. While they offer alterations for non Nordstrom items, the price is just a bit outrageous. Desiree, one of the managers, was kind and understanding in letting us cancel our order and the return process was stress free and quick. Overall, I still feel love for this location, the staff and the cute things I snag on each shopping spree. I'm a kid at heart and an irresponsible adult at the checkout counter here.

Don't order from this company. I've already spent thousands with them and given them more chances…read morethan I should have . But this is it for me! They have no concern about expediting your order when it's placed. I waited patiently for 3 WEEKS and still didn't get my order!! I emailed .... I called the number and the phone rang for a long time and I waited till someone answered. The woman's tone was as if she couldn't care less about my order! The fact that I emailed them on week 2 that I didn't receive the order then called on week 3 only to be told that it was being shipped out that same day.... I waited all day for tracking number by email.... No tracking number was ever sent. Call the following day asking for the tracking number only to be told that there is none. I explained I needed for my vacation coming up in a few days.... And that the order would obviously not reach in time before I leave. I then told her cancel my order and give me my full refund! Her sarcastic response "OK Have a good rest of your day" and abruptly hung up. They don't realize there's other boutiques in Florida selling the same things they are selling ..... I am gladly taking my Money elsewhere. And it's true what other reviews have said... some of their clothing is poor quality for the price and awful customer service plus the strict return policy of store credit only, slow shipping . While in the store there were no customers and six employees were all just chatting it up around the registers. No one said hello...or acknowledged me. I walked around the store looking at all the jeans and looking specifically for a darker wash denim but no one offered to help. I walked close enough to the registers intentionally to make them uncomfortable and someone to acknowledge me but no such luck. Finally as I was leaving someone looked up and said hi...I laughed at her and left...Needless to say went to Anthropology and had an awesome clerk help me . Bought both a denim skirt and jeans.
