Their reviews looked good, and I know I can trust those reviews because they are likely about the people who will actually move my stuff, not some random crew. Overall, I am happy with the service. The estimate was accurate. The packing was efficient and professional. It took them about 6 hours to pack up about ten rooms' worth of stuff, and another 4 hours the next day to load the truck. They stored my stuff for me for two weeks while I waited for the new house. Then they arrived at the new place at 8am as they promised and unloaded everything and set up the piano. Throughout all this chaos, the only casualty was a (not particularly nice) ice tea pitcher. I was happy with their service and would recommend them without hesitation.
