I'm a 77 year old grandmother and my 2008 Mini Cooper broke down on me in the middle of a back road. I was panicking and didn't know who to call. Their number was given to me. They were quick to respond and treated me with so much kindness, it put me at ease right away. I was impressed that they were able to diagnose the problem right away on a foreign automobile and getting the proper parts was no issue for them. they could have easily taken advantage of me, but they didn't! My bumper was so crooked it was ridiculous, it was about a 1/8th inch gap on one side and 1 1/4 on the other. I have a rubber mat in my bed, under it i found metal shavings and razor blades amongst other trash in my bed. Cecil said he would fix what i found and he did; half-assed. My bed cover was also rolled up when i got it back i didn't think to check it. I just tried to put it back and it won't latch because its so far off. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
