While heading on vacation, our van broke down on US-30 at about 9PM on a Friday night. While we were talking with AAA, Julie pulled up in her Ran's Towing truck. She offered to help, but I insisted on using my AAA services, so she gave me her card, and left. About 15 minutes later, after I had decided to stop letting AAA jack me around, I called Julie. She promptly returned to the scene, towed my van, and had her brother-in-law pick us all up, and take us to a hotel! The next day, they quickly diagnosed our problem, and told us when they could have it fixed. When we picked up the van, everything was in working order, and the total bill was much less than what I had expected it to be. Bob & Julie really know what great customer service means.
