First time had the pork nachos. They were great. Stacked up on end, looked odd at first. Like not enough was there. But I was wrong the ratio of topping to chip was perfect. The pulled pork is very tender and nice smoky flavor. It paired perfectly with the nacho cheese and sour cream. The homemade bbq sauce is heavy on the molasses and is wonderful with the pork. 10/10 Next time I had the street tacos. The 3 tacos at first looked small, but were packed with pulled pork. Not just any pulled pork, the most tender, flavorful, smoky, and delicious taco meat ever. I loved the house bbq sauce, but wish there were more choices. Thanks everyone at Smokey Island Hut for preparing some excellent food for us. I can't wait to revisit and try more menu items. Cheers.
