We purchase a quarter of a beef every spring from Wagon Bridge Farms. The meat is delivered when promised and cut and packaged to your personal preference. The beef is tender and juicy-even some of the tougher cuts. The owners are easy to work with-return calls, etc., and have even helped unload the beef into our freezer!! read more

Specialties

We raise hormone free Wagyu + Angus cross beef (which provides incredible marbling and rich flavor) from birth to finish and fed only foodstuffs grown on our farm. We sell quarter/half/whole shares of exceptional quality beef that come vacuum-packed and frozen for long-term storage. Half and whole beef orders can be processed and packaged per your instructions. We have processing dates available in the spring and fall as the beef are fully finished at these times

Established in 2004.

The Falter family farm was established in 1918, making it a Missouri Century Farm, and we began taking over in 2004. Our farm and our herd have been expanding ever since! We introduced Wagyu genetics into our herd in 2019 to provide fantastic marbling and unbeatable flavor. We are proud to share our life's work with anyone interested in high quality, sustainable, home grown beef!
