My fiance has lupus and doesn't get out much. When we travel to town for her medicine we make the Wagoner Tractor Supply one of our stops and shop for clearance items.The past few times we've been there we noticed the employees following us around. I felt it was strange and mentioned it to my fiance. Today We shopped around the store had many things in our basket and planned to buy some trees as well. At least a $200 purchase. We were heading to check out when the acting as a Cunt Manager Samantha Wren and another woman approached us and asked if we would follow them. I said sure thinking they were leading us to more clearance items as some of the helpful staff had done before. ((Make note I've shopped in that store for 10 years now. Including when it was Orchelins and did our shopping without any issues for 10 years)). It turns out 5 or more police officers showed up as the manager walked us into a back room. Samantha Wren is a Pathetic sorry excuse of a manager at that. My fiance was accused of stealing . Samantha looked down at my finances bag and said do you have something of mine in that bag. I asked what's this about . Then she said alright you got something of mine in that bag. I said are you for real we have been coming to this store we have never stolen what makes you think she has something in her bag. The manager then said when we came in it was on my fiancee's back , my fiance said the bag was on my shoulder. The manager then said it was on your arm and now it's in your hand. I said my fiancee has Lupus she moves it around all the time. My fiancee turned , just for her turning the cop said you get back over there. I said we don't steal from here, we buy our stuff we don't have to steal we've never stolen from here . We've bought everything we've came for here, we don't have to steal we buy our stuff. What makes you think she has something in her bag. I said check the video , don't you have video, that's what you have these cameras for that's why you video people in here. They ignored what I said about video. I asked again what makes you think there's anything in her bag. The manager then said after being in the back corner your bag looks bigger. We said check the cameras again. The manager said well y'all were over there for a while and when y'all left there your bag looked bigger. My fiancee said I cannot believe this. The manager said it looks bigger. Upsetting my fiancee almost to tears. My fiance opened her bag like purse and dumped the contents of her purse on the table after saying to them here you want to check it. My fiancee's purse contained a wallet , lupus medications and receipts , my fiancee then said there does it satisfy you. I put my wallet , phone and large set of keys on the table to show them they were delusional. Once the manager Samantha Wren saw that she is a fool her facial expression changed and she just stood there because she knew she looked stupid and did us wrong as no customer should be done that way. Then the police officers asked for ID in which there was no real need for or legal reason as there had been no crime committed only a judgement and ignorant ass assumption by the dumbass manager that said well what we are going to do is trespass you , you don't need to come back here anymore. The police officers looked confused. Looking as if not understanding why we were being trespassed being they were shown a delusional manager falsely accused my fiancee Chrystal of stealing. But the officers said nothing. I kept asking Samantha why we were being trespassed Samantha finally replied----- because she doesn't like the way we shop. We stole nothing, we were accused of stealing by a delusional manager and were trespassed when the delusional manager Samantha Wren realized she accused people of something and she was wrong . At that point what better way for her to not have to deal with her mistake or apologize besides by trespassing us without any just reason for doing so. Tractor supply is this how you treat people diagnosed with disabilities??? Tractor Supply is this how you should treat any customer??? Picked up my Dixon lawnmower after they were to put a new belt on. They had the unit for weeks…read more They put on a new belt last year, which had 5 hours of run time on it. It fell off first time I mowed this spring. They also said it needed all new springs and pulley's, est. $500. I said just replace the belt and one spring that was missing. They charged over one hour of time to replace a 10 minute belt replacement. Five years ago my nephew replaced the same belt in less than five minutes. Total bill for belt and spring was over $199. Either the tech was incompetent on replacing the belt or padding his time. I brought the excessive charges to the clerk upon check out and the fact that I paid over $500 last year for a new belt and other service on the mower. It fell on uncaring ears. Needless to say, I will find a more timely and reasonably priced mower service store next time. After buying 3 mowers and many service calls, over the last decades, my last dollar spent at this store is over. You make your own call, but I strongly suggest you get an estimate on the time they say is needed to replace a part.
