I tried several different places, and finally decided on Lowe's. I made two separate purchases, two different times. The first time I thought they did a good job, so I purchased three more later on. The first time, they installed a defective window, without a locking mechanism! In another room, you can see between the window frames! The crew never told me about this! The second time, The installer finished two windows however, the third was the wrong size. He called someone who told him to make it fit! So he did. When he told me that he was finished, I asked him why he didn't re-install the outside trim around the windows. He said that wasn't included in the installation and left! I must say that this was a few years ago. However, I just discovered the window without the lock. I was furious. Since this wasn't a recent installation, I guess I am out of luck getting repairs. I just want to make people aware that if they need windows, avoid Lowe's.

These people don't care much about customer experience, just getting your money. Also a tip: you guys should be either having a company come clean your sign regularly or cleaning it yourselves. Most of the time we find clerks who don't know the items on the shelves. In other words, they don't seem to understand what the dimensions are or how something can be installed. One time I want a battery tester. There were 3 clerks involved. They didn't know what a battery tester was. I ordered one from Walmart.com.

It is usually parked on the east end of the store near the Garden Center. Whoever owns the truck has a very derogatory and offensive front license plate on their truck.
