Anita and Keith are knowledgeable and efficient, besides being personally truly nice. They guided us through al the aspects we needed to know about to make the right choice. They had come with catalogs and samples of course, but they already had a pre-selection in their minds, based on our phone exchanges. Thus we did not have to use more time than necessary in making our choice Speaking about time; they gave us a likely date and they were perfect! The installation was also excellent, the installer was neat, also knowledgeable about all the questions we had. And our blinds do more than their duty, they truly look great !

Now I will…read morebother to write about my excellent first experience with this company, which quickly identified a black out roller issue via video that two other window people could not ; in fact, these two competitors' solution would have cost a lot more and would have taken weeks to implement. Indeed, there was a quick and easy fix, and this company made it happen within 48 hours. My tenant was thrilled that her visiting mother would be able to enjoy the view from the window. I will definitely call this company again for my next window issues.

I stopped at another place in Southampton and left right away because I could tell it was just beyond what we could afford. All custom everything. On a whim decided to stop at Hamptons Carpet One and it was one of the best decisions I made regarding the ADU! Eugenia greeted us and gave us an honest, up front assessment of our needs and what would work. We never felt pressured. We walked away so much informed and decided to go with engineered flooring instead of the LVT. We let our builder know about our visit. He was just as excited about the product we found. The next thing we know, we're ordering 36 boxes of engineered wood flooring that looks BEAUTIFUL. Excellent quality at an affordable price with great service. These peope know their stuff, and even when I called, and spoke to other staff, it was like talking to family. So helpful. I can't recommend them enough! I'm grateful we have a resource like them on the East End. They serve all sorts of clientele. Today while pumping gas one of this companies trucks appeared to be about to back into me. I laid…read moreon my horn and the driver continued to get incredibly close to my car, so I continued to beep. The driver screamed at me that he had a camera in a complete anger. I am a woman alone with children. I simply did not want my car damaged. I'm not sure what this guys problem was but I know I'd never want him in my house doing an installation. I was shaken. My husband on speakerphone could hear the man screaming at me. People were staring. This employee clearly has a massive anger issue. I called the business and the woman said "I'm sorry that happened, that's the world now." No, that's your employee and their behavior was completely unacceptable.

Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were exemplary. The headboard, and side panels are beautiful and above my expectations! My curtain panels were made exquisitely and hung perfectly. They were extremely unprofessional, not careful to follow our clear instructions (meaning that most things had to be redone, putting us behind schedule with our clients) and did not have any sense of customer service. They went through two administrators in the brief time I worked with them, both of whom were very polite and efficient but unfortunately they don't seem to be able to keep that position filled. Rose Anne was always shrill with me and my office and when her lack of knowledge of upholstery and drapery terminology frequently resulted in a misunderstanding she became immediately and unnecessarily defensive, actually shrieking on the telephone on more than five occasions. Ultimately we were forced to collect at our own expense the furniture we had there for upholstery and take our business elsewhere. When calling around to other local businesses I was told that Rose Anne was notoriously shrill and impossible and they often got Hampton Interiors' former clients for that reason alone.
